Do I have asthma or am I overreacting?
I think I might have EIA ( exercise induced asthma)
When I go for a run or am playing basketball, I start to have trouble breathing and it feels like I can’t fill up my lungs all the way. Afterward, I also start coughing and wheezing a little bit when I breathe out. I also get a little bit of mucus in my throat.
I am 14 1/2 years old and i like to excersise everyday.
it is possible you may have minor asthma or bronchitis . I have asthma and it gets effected more in the spring and winter.. Allergy season and cold weather. have your doctor listen to your lungs to double check hope this helps a bit
