gastroesophageal reflux disease asthma
What are some herbal supplements that help treat Asthma and/or G.E.R.D.?
I have Asthma and G.E.R.D., and have been told that honey and cinnamon can help with Asthma and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (G.E.R.D. ) I’ve also been told that mint will help with my breathing ailments, but i try to avoid it, since it makes my reflux worse.
I’m sure a lot of you are going to answer this question by telling me that herbal remedies don’t work, and that when they do, it’s all in one’s head. Well, don’t bother telling me that. Even if it’s only the placebo effect that’s making me feel better, I’ll take it, because at least then, I’ll be feeling better!
@suchikant V: I hope you kill yourself.
@Everyone else: Thanks for answering. Please note that I am asking about HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS or HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES. Please answer the question being asked.
For asthma Eucalyptus and Garlic are very good.
But i don’t know if you may use them because of the G.E.R.D.
I have asthma too.
But i think you should say what type of asthma you have.
I’ve got allergic asthma.
There are some really anti-allergic peals named “Zirtec” or something like that in here.
Whatever herbs you use,don’t forget your medication.
Use them both.
Be sure to have your budesonide spray with ya for a random asthma crisis
